Lucky me working at the 4 star hotel. Why? Because i’m living in a dream of food. I love food and i love eating. The result is i gain weight about 10 kilos after i graduate from university. In my teenage, i was very skinny. But after recovered from typhus symptom, i ate everything i want so i could gain at least back to normal. I never touch 60 kg under my 20th years, but now i am 63 kg in my 27 soon 28. Actually it above normal, just a little bit. I should reduce weight at least 3 kg.
So enough about weight, because this is all about food. Working at the hotel is a benefit for me because i could try various of food that specially made by professional chef. I love chef’s profession. Even i pray someday one of my children could be a pro chef and could go around the world introducing food. So, i work in Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel & Convention Medan since the opening. Santika Hotel is based on Indonesian hospitality with ethnic touch of food. Other 4 or 5 star hotels serve Western, European and Asian Food most of the time but in Santika we could find Indonesia culinary with the touch of luxury.
I’m very happy with my work because i should maintain good relationship with the media. Oftenly i invite them to try out our food and write about it. I also have privilege to try them out, starting from appetizer, main course, dessert and beverage. I really appreciate our Chef, Chef Angga and Chef Indra. Happy working with you guys. Kapten Maulana Lubis No. 7, Medan 20112. We served every weekend buffet dinner and daily A La Carte with very affordable price. Trust me, not because i’m Santika’s Public Relation, but objectively because i appreciate the food.
